Yoga is not something one does.

Yoga is a state of union where all difference dissolves. What we do is asana (Poses), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation), to enter yoga more frequently and to stay there for longer periods of time. Each yoga instructor has an offering for you. Mine: radically shift through spontaneous acceptance, bring worth to what you have come to accept as worthless, and poetry. Always poetry. Come enter yoga with us.
